Music For Life (produced by Hi-Tek)

Underated artist!! Hi-Tek, real name Tony Cottrell is known for his work with Talib Kweli on Reflection Eternal. This track really makes me reflect and appreciate my love for music. A skilled artist, will paint a visual for the listener, to capture the essence of the message being delivered. This is real Hip-hop.

This track features by : J dilla, Common, Busta Rhymes, Nas

One of my favorite quotes.

Jaz-O speaks out about Jay Z

I found this video to be very interesting. There's been a lot of chit-chat about Shawn Carter "Jay Z" being affiliated with the illuminati, (a secret society whose foundation is allegedly associated with soul-selling, and indirect satanic worship in pursuit of material gain) and how his name Jay Hova, stems from the biblical refrence to God who's name is "Jehovah". For those who may not know, producer and emcee Jonathan Burks, "Jaz O" took Jay under his arm in the early 90's which later on lead to Jay Z's big break into mainstream. Since then, with hits like "Ain't no nigga", (produced by Jaz O), Jay Z's lyrical talent placed him on top of the charts, while leaving Jaz O behind. This is unfortunate. I've been a fan of Jay Z since "Reasonable Doubt". I loved his confidence, delivery and clever word play. I will always consider him to be a great artist, but I have to question, and can't respect a man who places himself on the same pedestal as GOD.
